How do I place my order?

All Luke Bryan VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, February 6th at 10am local venue time* and will not require a password or code to purchase. After you click the “Mind of a Country Boy” or “Grass Pass” button next to your desired date, city and venue, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.

*Please note that tickets for Grand Rapids, MI, Detroit, MI, Ridgedale, MO and West Palm Beach, FL will go on sale Friday, February 16th at 10am local venue time. 

Is there an age restriction for the Luke Bryan VIP Experiences?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the Luke Bryan VIP Experiences?

For the Mind of a Country Boy VIP Experience, guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket depending on the venue.

The Open Season Grass Pass will include a General Admission lawn ticket.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. Some GA tickets, like those included in the Mind of a Country Boy VIP Experience, are GA Pit or GA Floor, which are closest to the stage. In the Open Season Grass Pass, GA Lawn tickets are included and are in the lawn that is behind the seats in the amphitheater. Our VIP Experiences include early entry to the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to the Pit/Floor or lawn.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a four (4) purchase ticket limit for the presale and six (6) purchase ticket limit for the public on-sale for VIP Experiences. 

How will I receive my Luke VIP Experience tickets for the show?

Luke Bryan VIP Experience purchasers will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the Luke Bryan VIP Experiences?

Luke Bryan VIP Experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

If I purchase a platinum ticket, is that the same as a VIP?

Platinum Tickets are not VIP Tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to VIP areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to filter on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Luke Bryan VIP Experiences?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of your purchase, please reach out to us at lukebryan@100xhospitality.com immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number, and specific accessibility request when emailing us.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Luke Bryan VIP Experience and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Luke Bryan VIP Experience?

All Luke Bryan VIP Experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
